Therefore, we can quickly expedite an order for a member because all purchasing requirements are completed during the RFP (request for proposal) process. All awarded contracts through these programs have been granted under a competitively bid process and have received a contract from the respective organization. The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) is a multi-state non-profit organization made up of Educational Service Agencies and political subdivisions organized through a Memorandum of Understanding between all participating states.
The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its membership. TIPS is housed at and managed by the Region 8 Education Service Center.
