The Motz Group, an Employee Owned and Certified Evergreen organization, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Enquirer Media Top Workplaces, the fifth consecutive year Motz has received the award. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

The organization has been recognized over multiple years by its 100+ employee owners who believe the Motz culture is accomplishing the company’s vision of “moving people to better lives. 

Motz recently opened a new, expanded headquarters in Newtown that will continue elevating the relationship with its employee owners, customers, and the communities where they work and live. Motz achieved Certified Evergreen status through the Tugboat Institute in 2022 and is also celebrating five years of being Employee Owned in 2023.
