The Motz Group has recently welcomed Michael Ferraro to its executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Ferraro will drive long-term strategic financial planning and decision making throughout Motz to ensure it is well positioned for continued growth.

Mike comes to the Motz team from GE Aerospace, where he led financial planning and analysis for the military division. An experienced financial leader in both industry and consultation, Ferraro has a comprehensive background in both operational P&L management and FP&A. His experience with customer-centric companies was a clear match for the culture at Motz.

Ferraro’s career began following the completion of a bachelor’s of business administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He then went on to complete his masters in business administration at University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. 

Coming into this new position, Ferraro intends to help execute the Motz growth strategy while staying true to the commitment of moving people to better lives and maintaining its collaborative accomplishments. “Initially, I want to learn as much as I can about how we create remarkable experiences for our customers and the people who make it happen,” the new CFO says.
