Cincinnati, OH– The Motz Group, an employee-owned, sports field construction and maintenance company, officially welcomes Sport Aide to its team. Sport Aide is a regional expert in synthetic turf sports field maintenance and running track cleaning services. The established companies share decades of experience maintaining high school, university, and professional level fields throughout the Midwest. The new partnership enhances the dedication to supporting synthetic turf customers throughout the life of their field and helps running track customers keep their track in top shape. Motz believes that every lasting partnership is built on trust, alignment of values, and team players. The new growth will strengthen and support these guiding principles and its award-winning company culture. This move will allow the unified organization to further enhance its purpose of moving people to better lives, including customers, employee-owners and communities.
Sport Aide will work alongside Motz365, the dedicated synthetic turf field maintenance team of The Motz Group that provides synthetic turf field owners services to help them get the most out of their field investment. Nick Maynard has been part of Sport Aide since the beginning. He now joins Motz as the Sport Aide Program Manager which will retain its name and focus on the expansion of track cleaning services.
Sport Aide clients will experience a seamless continuation (and expansion!) of services. The Motz Group will continue operating the track cleaning operations under the Sport Aide brand for universities, K-12 school facilities, and municipal track customers. Existing Sport Aide synthetic turf field customers will now be serviced by the expert Motz365 team. The expanded team will improve proximity to fields previously managed by Sport Aide and ensure that synthetic field customers are served when rapid field repairs are required.
When asked about the move, Zach Burns, President of The Motz Group said, “Bringing Sport Aide into the Motz Group family made a lot of sense. Both companies see their customers as partners and are dedicated to delivering a remarkable customer experience. The field maintenance process and overall experience performed by both groups is very similar, making it a seamless transition for field maintenance customers. We look forward to offering the track cleaning service to our existing field customers in the Midwest and beyond.”
The union integrates both groups’ resources, services, operations, and expertise under a unified team of trusted industry leaders and offers a remarkable, relationship-based customer experience. The Motz Group and Sport Aide have aligned values and company cultures, and together they will continue to embrace the “customer-first” focus for which both companies are recognized in the industry. Client satisfaction, track and field performance and turf systems longevity remain top priorities of the newly combined operations.
